Stats
The Stats page provides an overview of key email metrics and associate performance. It is designed to give you a clear understanding of your email campaigns' effectiveness and help you track important statistics.
Response Rate Graph
In the top left corner, you'll find an area graph displaying response rate statistics over time. The total area of the graph represents the number of emails sent. Each color represents a different email status:
- Gray: Unread emails
- Light Red: Undeliverable emails
- Dark Red: Emails going to spam
- Yellow: Unsubscribes
- Green: Initial email responses
- Blue: Drip responses
Below the graph, you can click on buttons corresponding to each status to hide or show that status on the graph. There is also a checkbox for "normalizing" the graph. When checked, the graph shows the area as a ratio (out of 100%). When unchecked, it displays the actual numbers for each status.
Inbox Size/Unread Count Graph
The top right graph shows the inbox size and unread count over time. This helps you monitor the volume of incoming emails and track how many emails remain unread.
Both graphs can be controlled using the date picker in the top right corner of the page, allowing you to view data for specific time periods.
Associate Performance Table
Below the graphs, you'll find a table displaying data for each associate. The table includes the following columns:
- Associate Name
- Number of Unread Emails
- Number of Emails Answered Today (difference between current unread count and unread count at 7am)
- Initial Response Rate
- Drip Response Rate
- Unsubscribe Rate
- Spam Block Rate
- Undeliverable Rate
- Initial Email Daily Limit
- Total Effective Response Rates (1-day, 1-week, and 1-month percentage of initial and drip response rates)
- Week-over-Week (WoW) Change (comparing the current response rate to the response rate from 1 week ago)
This table provides a comprehensive view of each associate's performance, allowing you to assess their email effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
