Follow-Up Schedule

Follow-ups are queued every 10 minutes from 7am to 11pm ET, every day of the week.

Every 10 minutes, the server loops over every Associate that has auto_follow_up set to true. For each Associate, we attempt to queue up 1 follow-up.
